Thursday 29th of April 2004 whilst trying to locate a
person residing at the above property
Cooper
House Camelford Close Manchester 15 6DX I was clamped as there were no
signs indicating I was on private property or warning I would be
clamped. therefore I immediately took extensive photographic and video
evidence. The company who clamped me are called Altsec Security and one of their operatives informed me I had to pay £80 release fee. After hearing my reasons for being at the property he gave me a signed copy of a repayment form unfortunately I received no response. I also sent a recorded letter to the Chief Executive Mr Ken Irvine of Northern Counties Housing Association who own the property he never replied to my letter. I want to hear peoples opinion of this before I take it further as I feel there is a great injustice going on at this property. I have considered the local press and BBC watchdog if there is any other please let me know email me burnageoffice@yahoo.co.uk
